NYSAA Subcontract
This service provides training and support to teachers in the implementation of the New York State Alternate Assessment. This unit collaborates with the State Education Department and Measured Progress in the development of training materials and procedures.
The scope of services provided includes the following:
Deliver on-site training for BOCES staff and component districts
Provide support through the NYSAA listserv
Participate in the development of training and scoring materials
Participate in the development of video productions used in training
Participate in Project Leadership Team meetings and Alternate Assessment Training Network training sessions in Albany with SED and Measured Progress
Participate in regional scoring of data folios.
